Supporting Pediatric Health in Government Hospitals
In my role assisting doctors in government hospitals, I conducted monthly health checks for children, including measuring temperature, weight, heart rate, and height. This hands-on experience allowed me to contribute directly to the well-being of young patients, ensuring they received regular monitoring and early detection of potential health issues. My work supported the medical staff by providing essential preliminary data, facilitating more efficient and focused care.
Fundraising for Essential Medical Equipment
Beyond clinical support, I played an active role in fundraising efforts aimed at enhancing the hospital's capabilities. By helping to raise funds, we were able to procure vital medical equipment, ultimately benefiting 800 children. This initiative not only improved the quality of care available but also underscored the importance of community involvement in addressing healthcare challenges. The funds raised provided the necessary resources to support ongoing medical treatments and improve health outcomes for many young patients.
